Information on USA Shipments

We would like to apologize to all our customers in the United States of America. Due to new rules imposed by our credit card acquirer, we will no longer be able to accept credit card payments for Tobacco, Cigars or Snuff on this site.

We appreciate your custom but we have to abide by rules set by credit card companies. If you would like further information please email us and we will do our best to help you. We will be happy to supply all the other products on this web site as the ruling only applies to the purchase of TOBACCO LEAF PRODUCTS when accepting payment with a CREDIT CARD.

Age Verification

When shopping with us for the first time we are required to verify your age. Upon placing your order you will need to agree to our age policy. Upon delivery of your goods, the corrier will request identification. More information can be found on our Age policy page.

Keeping you Updated

When you complete your purchase we’ll send you an order acknowledgement to let you know we’ve received your order.

If we need to cancel your order or if you’ve changed your mind, you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation.

The contract for your order is only formed when we accept your order.

Pricing and Information

Prices displayed are correct at time of entry, and what the law calls an “invitation to treat”. You cannot insist that a shop sells you anything at a marked price, whether or not they have made a mistake. Under law, a retailer is entitled to decide the price they want to charge for for goods. If by mistake we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to proceed with the order. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy.

In the same way, you don’t have to buy goods from anyone, a retailer is under no obligation to sell you anything.

Product Images

Images used are correct at the time packaging and product offers my not be present anymore. We try our best to keep our images updated.

Website Registration

To purchase from our website, you will need to set up a user account. This is simple to do, allows you to keep track of your purchases, and ensures a positive buying experience.

You will need to enter a valid email address which we can contact you on, and provide a password. We ask you to keep this secure – our team do not have access to see this. If you forget your password, you can reset it.


Delivery should be fast, easy and hassle-free. Orders placed after Friday 2pm, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be subject to a slight delay as delivery services do not operate a standard service during these periods. Once an order is placed, and an item has been dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch email. This will give you your delivery tracking number (where applicable).

Orders dispatched via Royal Mail or ParcelForce will require a identification to prove you are older than 18 years old, in accordance with our Age Policy.

Payment and Currency

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, UK Maestro, Visa Electron and American Express. If you are shopping from a non-UK country, please place your order in the normal way, and your credit card company will convert the order to your currency.

Order Cancellations

An order cancellation can only take place if an item has not been despatched. If an item has been despatched in good faith, this will then be classed as a return. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Unwanted Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of tobacco leaf products. We are also advised by HMRC not to accept returns of tobacco due to scams and money laundering.

If you wish to return products which do not contain tobacco leaf, please keep the items in their original packaging and get in touch within 30 days.

Discount and Voucher Codes

On occasion, we may offer a discount on your order or certain items using a discount or voucher code. These codes are applicable for online transactions only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to end or extend these promotions at any time and without notice.

Discount codes are only available to retail customers choosing to purchase one or more items. Voucher codes may not be used against wholesale, bulk-purchasing or any resale environment. A fair usage policy may be implied.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Occasionally faulty items do occur and we’ll do our best to put it right straight away. If you receive a faulty or an incorrect item, we’ll offer you a replacement (this is at no cost to you). If you feel this is not satisfactory, we’ll give you a full refund and you’ll be required to return the item to us using our returns form. Faulty items should be returned to us within 30 days to allow a prompt refund.


We’ll usually honour exchanges for new items within 30 days of contacting us. To efficiently manage stock levels, we recommend placing an order for your new item before you send the old item back. This ensures prompt delivery and speeds up the returns process.

Note: We can only accept non-tobacco leaf items when returned in original condition (with original or shrink-wrap packaging). Please remember that the responsibility of the item is yours until we’ve successfully received the item. We always recommend using signed for delivery options.

Import Duties

The cost of any import duties or taxes are not included in our prices. We will not be responsible for any additional charges for importing goods.
